I am available full time as a Mobile Notary in the State of California. I have the flexibility to accommodate busy schedules or non-standard working hours, offering daytime, evening and weekend appointments (Including very early to very late). In San Diego County I also offer one day International Notarial Certificates & Apostille/Authentication service. I offer "hardcard" fingerprint service and have successfully fingerprinted over 1,000 individuals.
